FeelGoodInk respects the copyright of tattoo artists and studios. Portfolio images displayed on studio listings are uploaded by verified studios that represent their rights to the content. Placeholder images are commissioned original work we own.

Reporting infringement

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with:

1. Your name, address, email, and phone.
2. The URL of the infringing content on FeelGoodInk.
3. A link to where the original work appears (if online) or a description sufficient to identify it.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright holder.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We process valid notices within 72 hours of receipt, removing the content and notifying the uploader.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was mistaken, you can file a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, the URL that was removed, a statement of good-faith belief that the removal was erroneous, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright are terminated.
